PURCHASING VIA THE WEBSITE
When you place an order for goods on this website you are accepting these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or want any explanation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
Many of our goods are bespoke and made to order. As a result, unlike Amazon, we can’t promise next day delivery. Also the clothing can be personalised, perhaps replacing printed logos with embroidered ones. This may mean a change in the price of the item.
To ensure that you are clearly aware of price, time and delivery when you place your order we will send you an email confirming the cost, expected manufacturing time and the delivery cost. We will proceed with the order only if you are happy.
The email will also let you know our bank account details. If you are happy to proceed and buy the items then simply transfer the required amount of money into our account. We will confirm receipt and acceptance of your order.
Whilst the colours and styles on the website are intended to show the actual colours and styles as far as possible, the images will not match the actual items 100%. There may be slight variances in colour and style.
Several of our goods can be personalised. Please, please, please check the spelling and accuracy of any personalisation before placing your order. If you order a t-shirt for Claire and it should have been for Clare, we’re sorry but we can’t give you a refund.
Whilst we aim to keep the shop up-to-date, from time to time our suppliers may not be able to provide the goods listed. If so, we will let you know as soon as possible and suggest a fabby alternative.
If you are purchasing items to be sent outside of the UK then please note that you are responsible for any import duties, customs or local taxes in the country the items are being shipped to. Your items may be held up upon arrival if you fail to make any necessary payment.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
When we have all your items we will send you an email confirming the date of despatch. If we have told you that an item has been despatched but you have not received it when expected let us know. Most items will be sent using Royal Mail, so please note that they do not class many items as lost until 10 working days after their expected delivery date.
If there is a problem with an item, either it is not what you ordered or there is a defect with it, let us know straight away. We will contact you to try and resolve matters.
For bespoke items once your order has been accepted then we are sorry but it cannot be cancelled. For standard items you do have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery. If you want to do so, please contact us first before returning the item so we can confirm where to send it. You may want to send the item by recorded or special delivery as you are responsible for returning the items. Whilst we will refund the cost of the items and the original delivery charge we are sorry but we cannot refund you for the cost of returning the item.
When you place an order we may ask you for some or all of the following personal information:
Contact details – name, address, email address and phone number.
We will need this information to help process your order and arrange delivery. The only time we will ask you for details of your bank account is if we need to refund you. Once a refund has been confirmed your bank account details will be deleted. Please feel free to email us at email@example.com if you have any concerns.
